Thank you for taking the time to visit our site. The purpose of our website incisiontattoo.com is to help us correspond with clients (new, existing and potential), provide updates, receive feedback, and showcase our artwork as well.  We will also post notices of upcoming events such as art shows, concerts, and benefits…and COUPONS!

We at Incision are dedicated to providing the type of service, friendly atmosphere and artwork that should be expected from a professional tattoo studio. We know you can’t please everyone, but we go out of our way to accommodate each client, making them as comfortable as possible!

Incision Tattoo was established in 2003 by EvilDave Slaydon and PainlessMike Solo, together with their good friend Jay-R. Today Incision stands as the oldest running tattoo studio on it’s Ave; they pop up and down like wack-a-moles around here!

Located in Maricopa County, Arizona where there are no health department regulations for tattooing, we set our own high standards and sterile procedures according to appropriate health department regulations, thus maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment where you can get your tattoo work done with relaxed confidence that you are protected and safe.

Incision is still owned and operated by EvilDave (myself), and I have an outstanding crew of 2 plus me. The crew currently are as follows: Lex Miller, Zar, and EvilDave.
